Are you a new UTRC Online Submission and Review user? Please select Create New Account from the menu at the top and enter the requested information.

Are you an existing UTRC Online Submission and Review user? If you are already registered as a user or a reviewer, please do not register again. Select Log in from the menu at the top, enter your username and password and then click the appropriate log in button. If your email or other address details change, you can update your account by selecting ‘Manage my account information’ from the ‘User Home’ after you log in.

Are you a user and reviewer for UTRC Online System? You will be able to perform both these activities with your one account. Select Log in from the menu at the top and enter your username and password. Then click the PI or Reviewer Login button, whichever is relevant to the work you wish to undertake.

Have you previously registered on this site but now forgotten your password? Simply click Forgot your password after entering your email address. UTRC then email you your username and password.
