Strategic Plan

UTRC has adopted a corporate style of management. In this style, the UTRC Board provides policy guidelines, and approval of UTRC activities. The Director, Robert Paaswell, is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing day to day operations and providing a bridge between UTRC policies and the activities and resources used to carry out those policies.
