New York City Transit is one of the largest metropolitan transportation systems in the United States. Recent challenges of improving customer service for the organization’s daily public transportation users inspired me to pursue a graduate degree in order to be better equipped in addressing those challenges.

Her goals are:

1. To contribute to the improvements being made in operations and management in New York City.
2. Work towards providing customers with an improved and exceptional customer service experience as well as change the public’s perception of our great transportation system and provide an improved and exceptional customer experience.
